acceptance; however, many people complained the book was too technical with too many equations.
This book was written to address these concerns...There are no equations in the main body of the
text; some of the most important equations are incorporated in an appendix at the end of the book.
Another reason for writing this book is to present new developments in extrusion that have occurred since
