of this website, this is no longer good enough — instead we now offer a 100%
refund (including per-item shipping charges!) on receipt of your perfect, re-sellable
return of any current title. (Please note: Non-current editions and out-of-print
books are NOT returnable under any conditions!) We hope you will mine the
information in this site deeply enough to minimize the frequency of this occurrence,
and trust your continued patronage will make this a wise policy.
In any case, no return will ever be accepted without an authorized
RA number. Always, always call, fax, or email in advance for instructions
on returns.
