Payment Terms:
The easiest way to pay is by credit card — The onsite shopping
cart requires this payment method. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
and American Express. You can also prepay by sending us a U.S.
check via mail or courier service - be sure to include a copy of
your order with the check. If you are purchasing from outside of
the United States and need to pay by wire transfer (T/T), we must
add $35.00 to cover bank charges and administrative costs. We will
fax or email the bank information on your approval of a firm quote.
Shipping:
We generally ship via UPS. Packages bound for residential addresses
within extended delivery areas in the United States may, at our
discretion, ship via USPS instead.
For ground service delivery (available only within the contiguous
United States), the shipping charge is $3.00 per order plus $1.50
per item. In most cases, we ship titles as available — the
$3.00 per-order charge is added to the first invoice only; subsequent
deliveries are billed only the per-item charge.
For all air shipments (domestic and international), we will determine
your discounted shipping charge, and reply to your order with a
firm quote for approval. If certain items are backordered and you
choose to have your order shipped in two or more deliveries, we
will bill shipping charges on each delivery. In every case, we
will obtain your approval before shipping by air. |
